Job Overview

As a Business Analyst at Ignosis, you will leverage data to drive business decisions, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities. You will work closely with Product, Risk, Operations, Collections, and Technology teams to deliver actionable insights that improve business performance.

‍The role is based out of Ahmedabad and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify business trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver insights.
Conduct portfolio, customer behavior, collections, and operational performance analysis.
Track key business metrics and KPIs and recommend improvements.
Perform root cause analysis and support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in BFSI, Fintech, Digital Lending, and Collections
Knowledge of Python, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
Exposure to fintech products and AI-driven analytics.
