Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to work closely with the Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and External Client teams to ensure smooth delivery of client integrations, UAT, go-lives, and ongoing operational initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech/SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Delivery Management

  • Own end-to-end execution of client projects including onboarding, integrations, UAT, production go-live, and post-go-live tracking.
  • Act as the single point of coordination between clients and internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Ops).
  • Track client dependencies such as approvals, consent enablement, whitelisting, configurations, and sign-offs.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and escalate risks proactively.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
  • Drive regular project syncs, internal standups, and client status calls.
  • Ensure clear documentation of scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor progress and ensure commitments are met across teams.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate client requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Track feature gaps, custom developments, PoCs, and configuration changes required per client.
  • Ensure alignment between product roadmap priorities and customer commitments.

Operational Excellence

  • Bring structure to repetitive CS workflows such as UAT tracking, issue management, RCA follow-ups, and deployment communication.
  • Maintain dashboards for project health, client status, blockers, and escalations.
  • Support Customer Success leadership with data-driven insights on delivery bottlenecks.

Governance & Communication

  • Ensure professional, clear, and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive closure on pending items like approvals, sign-offs, and production readiness.
  • Ensure learnings from incidents and delays are documented and fed back into process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech.
  • Strong experience managing client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and bring structure to evolving requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).

Good to Have

  • Experience in fintech, APIs, integrations, or platform-based products.
  • Familiarity with UAT processes, production releases, and incident management.
  • Exposure to compliance-driven or ecosystem-based platforms.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders on both client and internal sides.
